“Walden” Show in Concord Includes Driscoll’s Work

On view from April 6 through May 14, Walden: Window & Mirror at the Concord Center for the Visual Arts includes the work of Prospectus artist Ellen Driscoll (Distant Mirrors Website + FASTFORWARDFOSSIL Paintings on Recycled Plastic). The seven other artists to show work in the exhibition are David Brewster, Victoria Burge, Tory Fair, Andy Goldsworthy, Markus Haala, Alex MacLean and S.B. Walker.

The Concord Center for the Visual Arts is located at 37 Lexington Road, Concord, MA. An opening reception will take place from 6 to 8 p.m. on April 6. Other events connected with the exhibit include artists’ talks to be held on April 12 at 6 p.m. in the Main Gallery and a lecture by Thoreau scholar Susan Gallagher: “Thoreau: Resistance and Change.” For more information, please visit the Association’s website.
